The Thaler Crypto Foundation is a decentralized platform through which users can attract investors for their projects and share information. The project team will develop the MoneTAL Crypto Exchange, thanks to which users can trade various cryptocurrencies. Also, the authors of the project will send from 1% to 5% of the collected funds for charity, users themselves choose which projects the funds will be sent to.

1. The validity of income
The project will receive income from the fees of entrepreneurs for listing and promoting their projects. The cost of listing one project on the platform will be 1 ETH and 100 TAL tokens. The received 100 tokens will be used to support the development of the community. Also, the project team, which rallies the listing fee, chooses which charity fund will go to 10% of the fee. Dividends will be paid to token holders, the size of which will be determined by the number of available TAL tokens. The project team plans to buy back tokens to create a deficit, which will increase the cost of tokens.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The project accepts 4 liquid currencies, namely: ETH, BTC, VD, USDT.
3. Token emission
The project has a limited number of tokens. A total of 350 000 000 TAL tokens will be issued.
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The discount on the purchase of tokens is 29%.
The provided flow chart lists the project objectives until the beginning of 2021 (p. 21 White Paper). The distribution of tokens will be as follows: 51% - “Tokens for circulation on the platform have been allocated”, 24% - “Reserve”, 15% - “Project Team”, 10% - “Marketing” (p. 19 White Paper).
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The current ratio of SOFT CAP / HARD CAP is favorable, which increases the investment attractiveness of the project, the values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 400 000 and $ 1 200 000, respectively.
7. MVP availability
The project has a developed mobile application available in the App Store and Google Play.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
There are no risk assessments by international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of capital loss for investors.
