Reitereum is a project that implements Blockchain technology and smart contracts in the real estate sector. Investors and property owners will be able to sell and buy full or partial ownership of real estate, thanks to REIT tokens. Investors can diversify their portfolios by investing in residential, commercial and hotel sectors around the world.
Business Model Overview Reitereum (REIT)
1. The validity of income
The project will generate income from the rental of existing apartment buildings, reconstruction and conversion of other real estate, as well as from the construction of new houses. Token holders will receive monthly dividends that will be paid based on the project’s net profit. In addition, users will be provided with the Reitereum exchange, for trading the REIT token, and other cryptocurrencies. The project team will allocate 2% of all funds raised during the sale of tokens to charity.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The project accepts such liquid currencies as: BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, ZCASH, BNB, XMR, EOS, TRX, NEO, XRP.

7. MVP availability
Soon a mobile application will be developed and available on Google Play and the App Store.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
There are no risk assessments according to international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of capital loss for investors.
