Oryx Token is a project that provides users with an e-commerce platform based on Blockchain technology. The project team will create an ecosystem that will include a crypto asset exchange, an online store and a platform for gamers. On the platform, users will be able to sell or purchase software and consulting services. All user data will be protected, and using the ORX token on the platform will speed up transactions.
Business Model Overview Oryx Token (ORX)
1. The validity of income
The project will receive income from the provision of services to users and commission fees. The project team will also create and sell useful applications that help online and offline enterprises, regardless of whether they are integrated into Blockchain technology or not. Token holders themselves regulate the functions, services and fees that are on the platform by voting. Users can download, store, rent and sell their content to other users.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The number of accepted currencies is represented by 3 liquid currencies: ETH, BTC, USD.
3. Token emission
The project has a limited number of tokens. A total of 100 000 000 ORX tokens will be issued (p. 33 White Paper).
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The discount on the purchase of tokens is 60%.
In the provided technological map, the project goals are indicated until the end of 2020. The distribution of tokens will occur as follows: 20% - “Development of the project”, 40% - “Sale of tokens”, 20% - “Team”, 5% - “Reserve”, 15% - “Marketing”.
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The project has a poor SOFT CAP / HARD CAP ratio, which negatively affects its investment attractiveness. The values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 500,000 and $ 2,200,000, respectively.
7. MVP availability
The project has developed MVP, which is available at https://oyaaa.net/.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
At the same time, however, there are no risk assessments by international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of loss of capital of potential token holders.
