Notarised is a decentralized platform with which users can verify, sign and notarize documents of any type. The project team will use Blockchain technology and AI to simplify the process of identifying and reviewing all legal documents. The project team has developed a reward system, thanks to which users can receive tokens for the purchase of various services and transactions within the platform.

1. The validity of income
The project will receive income from the provision of services to individuals, companies and government agencies on the platform. The project team expects the platform to be used by brokers and real estate agents, insurance companies and agents, as well as medical facilities. The NTS token will be used to pay for services on the platform. Government organizations will be able to reduce the cost of printing documents, and enterprises will accelerate the workflow.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The project accepts 4 liquid currencies, namely: BTC, ETH, EUR, USD.
3. Token emission
The project has a limited number of tokens. A total of 100,000,000 NTS tokens will be issued (p. 32 White Paper).
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The discount on the purchase of tokens is 50%.
In the provided technological map, the project goals are indicated until the middle of 2021. After the token sale, the project team will distribute the funds as follows: 35% - “Marketing, advertising and sales”, 30% - “Salary costs to managers, developers, administrators and the operations department”, 15% - “Legal, accounting and auditing expenses” , 10% - “Costs of rent, equipment and other materials”, 10% - “Costs of technical support”.
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The project has a poor SOFT CAP / HARD CAP ratio, which negatively affects its investment attractiveness. The values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 1,000,000 and $ 7,000,000, respectively.
7. MVP availability
The project does not have a developed MVP.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
At the same time, however, there are no risk assessments by international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of loss of capital of potential token holders.
