Medibit is a decentralized platform that directly connects patients and doctors. The use of Blockchain technology and smart contracts ensures the rapid exchange of information about patients between clinics and medical professionals, as well as the confidentiality of personal data of users. Users using the platform will be able to get quick medical care, and see all the data on payment services.

1. The validity of income
The project will receive income from the commission for each consulting session conducted through Medibit Dapp, as well as from the sale of research data and charging fees for transactions made through Medibit Bank and Exchange. The project team will invest in expanding Medibit infrastructure and finding partners. The total cost of the project is $ 2,276,000.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The project accepts such liquid currencies as: ETH, USD, GBP, EUR.
3. Token emission
In the project there is a limited number of tokens. A total of 100,000,000 MDB tokens will be issued (p. 58 White Paper).
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The project has no discount on the purchase of tokens.
In the flow chart provided, the project objectives are indicated until the end of 2020 (p. 77 White Paper). Funds raised after the ICO will be distributed in 3 stages. The first stage is “Development”, the second stage is “Scaling”, the third stage is “Marketing”. For the implementation of each stage, 33% of all funds raised will be allocated (p. 63 White Paper).
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The project has an excellent SOFT CAP / HARD CAP ratio, which is a plus to its investment attractiveness. The values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 3,800,000 and $ 7,600,000, respectively (p. 59 White Paper).
7. MVP availability
In the project flow chart provided, there is no information on the presence of MVP.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
There are no risk assessments according to international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of losing capital for investors.
