Housinet is a project that provides users with the opportunity to manage their own property based on the software created using the EIA. This will allow real estate owners to rent housing for the prices at the same time. And the use of Blockchain technology and smart contracts will ensure security when concluding transactions between tenants and property owners.

1. The validity of income

The project will receive income from the provision of services to users on the platform. Property owners will pay a monthly fee for managing their property using the platform. Payment will be $ 10 per month. Also, users will be able to purchase additional functionality for more effective property, the cost of which ranges from $ 100 to $ 50, depending on the size of the existing property. When paying for additional functionality using HIN tokens, users will receive a 5% discount.

The number of accepted currencies in the project is 5, namely: BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC, BCH.

3. Token emission

The project has a limited number of tokens. In total, 10 000 000 000 HIN tokens will be issued.

4. Discount on the purchase of tokens

The discount on the purchase of tokens is 50%.

5. Roadmap

The provided flow chart lists the project goals until mid-2022 (p. 41 White Paper). The distribution of tokens will occur as follows: 30% - “Reserved for ICO”, ​​35% - “Blocked tokens”, 10% - “Project team”, 5% - “Founders”, 10% - “Advisers”, 10% - "Bounty program."
