CitiOS is a project through which users can invest in creating smart cities. Thanks to the use of Blockchain technology by the project team, the developed platform opens up great prospects and helps developing countries achieve most of the UN development goals. The project addresses environmental, energy and urban issues. Also, all users have their identifiers, to ensure security and privacy.

1. The validity of income
The project will receive income from the provision of services and product development, as well as commission fees. Next year, the project team plans to implement the developed IoT sensors and AI chips. It is assumed that transaction fees will be 5%, and tokens will be used as payment for them. The project team expects to receive revenue of $ 90 000 000 in the first year of the platform, and the net profit will be $ 50 000 000.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The project accepts 4 liquid currencies, namely: EUR, ETH, BTC, USD.
3. Token emission
The project has a limited number of tokens. During the ICO, 50% of the issued tokens will be available (p. 39 White Paper).
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The discount on the purchase of tokens is 50%.
The provided flow chart shows the project goals until December 2019 (p. 42 White Paper). After the ICO, the project team will allocate funds as follows: 22% - “Control over the development of the project”, 11% - “Marketing and PR”, 34% - “Business expenses”, 22% - “Products and system development”, 11 % - “Licensing expenses”.
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The project has a SOFT CAP / HARD CAP ratio, which negatively affects its investment attractiveness. The values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 30 000 000 and $ 180 000 000 respectively (p. 37 White Paper).

The project has been developed by MVP.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
At the same time, however, there are no risk assessments by international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of loss of capital of potential token holders.
