CazPlus is an e-commerce platform built using Blockchain technology and AI. The project team has developed a number of products that will be part of the ecosystem: CazShop, CazPay, CazPlus, CazExchange, CazWave. The project team also intends to significantly modernize existing platforms, adding advanced technological capabilities and developing a common infrastructure using the funds raised during the ICO.

1. The validity of income
The business model of the project will be based on several revenue streams from each of its products. Users will pay a trade fee for the opportunity to sell their products. The platform will also hold a transaction fee of 1% when purchasing products and services. In addition, when withdrawing funds from the platform, users will be charged a fixed fee. The project team expects revenue of $ 1,883,333 in 2020, and by 2024 the revenue will be $ 28,933,333.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The number of accepted currencies is represented by 3 liquid currencies: BTC, ETH, XRP.
3. Token emission
The project has a limited number of tokens. In total, 9 999 999 999 CAZPLUS tokens will be issued (p. 47 White Paper).
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The discount on the purchase of tokens is 46%.
In the provided flow chart, the project goals are indicated until 2023 (p. 49 White Paper). The distribution of tokens will occur as follows: 40% - “Sale of tokens”, 15% - “Team and founders”, 15% - “Reserve”, 20% - “Marketing”, 10% - “Development team”.
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The current ratio of SOFT CAP / HARD CAP is favorable, which increases the investment attractiveness of the project, the values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 3 000 000 and $ 9 000 000 respectively.
