1. The validity of income
The project will receive income from the provision of its services to shipping enterprises. The business model is based on the use of innovative technologies, such as: vibration and laser sensors that will eliminate fraud - associated with the theft of resources on ships, and the software will calculate the safest and most economical route for each particular vessel.
2. Number of currencies accepted
The project accepts 4 liquid currencies, namely: ETH, BTC, EUR, USD.
3. Token emission
The project has a limited number of tokens. During the ICO, 71% of issued tokens will be available.
4. Discount on the purchase of tokens
The discount on the purchase of tokens is 50% (p. 44 White Paper).
In the provided technological map, the goals of the project until 2021 are indicated. After the ICO, the project team will allocate funds as follows: 23% - “Operating expenses and management”, 15% - “Legal and regulatory costs”, 5% - “Reserve”, 14% - “Marketing and sales”, 32% - “Research and development of the platform”, 11% - “Administrative expenses” (p. 43 White Paper).
6. SOFT CAP / HARD CAP Ratio
The project has a poor SOFT CAP / HARD CAP ratio, which reduces its investment attractiveness. The values of SOFT CAP and HARD CAP are $ 5 000 000 and $ 46 952 101, respectively.
7. MVP availability
The project does not have a developed MVP.
8. Risk assessment and insurance
At the same time, however, there are no risk assessments by international standards, as well as any risk insurance methods, for example, Escrow, which increases the risk of loss of capital of potential token holders.
